Description

The we-DELIVER community project draws on baseline data about the needs of people, 60 years and older for the development of ICT solutions (an app and website) to disseminate information regarding services and resources that could address the social and health care needs of older people in community settings.  It is a trans-disciplinary project that involves faculty members and postgraduate students across the three campuses of the North-West University as well as local communities associated with each of the campuses. The project is funded by the Department of Public Service and Administration through the Tirelo Bosha programme. The project kicked off with meetings on all three North-West University campuses where researchers from various disciplines were invited to learn about the project and indicate their interest to join the project team. we-DELIVER is driven by the values of collaboration and inclusivity.
